This Underground Mine is one of the most modern and progressive coal mines in Australia with state of the art facilities an d significant career opportunities. They are seeking a Electrical Trade Supervisor to support the Longwall Coordinator in the Longwall Section.

The Responsibilities:

As a Trade Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing Trade Supervision and support to the crew and deliver the planned maintenance activities in the area. It is essential that you can participate in the planning and execution of maintenance underground and ensure that all statutory processes are followed.

The Qualifications:

Supervisory experience is preferred however if you are looking for the next step demonstrated leadership is needed. It is essential that you are safety focused and encourage safety awareness in the workplace. Furthermore, the following will be needed;

-       Underground Coal Mining Experience Necessary

-       Relevant trade qualifications

-       Encourage Safety Awareness

-       Experience in the Longwall Section
